The TideThe Tide
Salty air clings to me,
Salty water carried by the sea,
Flows against me, hitting my feet,
It ebbs and flows, in the air so sweet,
This was the place where ideas meet,
In the soaked sand,
Footsteps were indented in the land,
There used to be two, but one set is missing,
Eaten by the sea, the waves are hissing,
And memories are fading, of our shy kissing.
I drop to the ground, the water licks my cuts,

The moment you saw the necklace, you knew exactly who it belonged to. “This is going to be interesting.” You took the necklace from Sasha, stood up and turned around to find Erwin. Not surprisingly, he was already standing up and waiting for you. “Well that was pretty easy.” With

Seiki ran through the cobbled streets of Koori, her dark hair tossing out behind her as she listened to the rain patter violently on the rooftops. Glancing up she briefly took in the darkening sky before lowering her gaze back to the street in front of her, turning a corner just as a flash of lightening lit up the dank alleyway in brilliant clarity. Her footsteps echoed loudly as she made her way across the vast stone floor. Weaving in and out of the piles of cardboard boxes that were heaped around the room. She was in an abandoned warehouse which consisted of nothing more than the single room she was standing in and cardboard boxes. These were stacked everywhere around the room, in every nook and cranny excep
